100 Litre Grit and Salt Bin

The ULS GB100Y Grit Bin is a small and compact 3.5cubic feet / 100 Litre capacity grit and salt bin and ideal for both commercial and residential use. This slimline mini grit bin is only 450mm wide and 520mm deep, idea size for outside an office block entrance or company reception to keep the entrance clear for staff and visitors, also very popular outside a shop entrance or within the retail sector.

The 100 litre Grit Bin comes complete with angled lid which prevents build up of snow settling on the bin lid, it also prevents rain or moisture settling and then freezing the lid shut. Fitted with Fork Pockets meaning these rock salt bins can be easily moved by a forklift or pallet truck even when the bin is heavy and full. Another design feature to the ULS Grit Bin is that they can be stacked on top of each other, therefore multi grit bins can be stacked up and stored away neatly during the warmer months.

Optional Hasp and Staple suitable to take a standard padlock (not included) can be added before dispatch - An ideal addition if you need to keep grit or rock salt locked up to protect against theft.

The ULS GB100Y are manufactured from premier UV stabilised polyethylene material, which is both corrosion proof and weatherproof and ideal for leaving outside for years to come. Unlike cheaper alternatives our grit bins are supplied with double skinned lids giving increased strength, they are rigid and very reliability. The rear hinge mechanism is a full width design which prevents weakness on the end joints.
