Returns / Refunds Policy
Should you need to return any items from your order, ULS need to be notified within 7 days of the delivery date and the goods must be returned within 28 days of purchase.
NEVER return goods to ULS or the registered office before arranging a return
Items should be returned in unused condition & in the original packaging, due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may also apply. Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable. Return carriage charges to be processed by customer. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any items returned without an authorised returns number. Normally all refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

Many items such as Chain slings & Wire rope slings are custom made to order so are not covered by our returns policy. Please ensure when ordering all measurements and capacities are correct as we are unable to refund on these products.
How do I return a product?
Contact us on 01384 986 026 for Authorised Returns Number and Returns form – Once completed we can inform you on returns address
Products purchased from Ultimate Lifting Solutions can be returned for a refund as long as:
- We are notified within 7 days from date of delivery
- Goods will be returned within 28 days of purchase
- We receive the returned Products(s) in unused condition and still in the original packaging
You may return your products even if they are not faulty. Delivery charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs to be covered by customer
Please note that our returns policy does not apply to made-to-order items, so be sure to check your specifications carefully if ordering custom-made products such as chain slings, hoists and wire rope slings.
What if you haven’t received your refund yet but have returned your item….
Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.
Refunds to PayPal can take 5-10 working days, whilst Refunds to a credit / debit card can take 3-5 working days, (working days Monday-Friday).

If you are requesting a return based faulty goods. Faulty goods can be returned for repair only and will not be automatically replaced – shipping charges to be covered by customer and reimbursed if goods found to have a manufacturers fault.
If goods found to be faulty and cannot be repaired then an exact replacement will be sent out free of charge
