We are Ultimate Lifting Solutions Ltd. Also referred to below as ULS. Registered offices, Dawley House, Dawley Brook Road, Kingswinford. West Midland DY6 7BB. Registered in England & Wales.

Order Placement

Business customer or consumer – Consumers in some areas have different rights to business customers under these terms and conditions.

Consumer – An individual buying our products for personal use only.

Business Customer – buying for a company or buying to be used by another company. If you are a business customer these terms constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to your purchase. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise, representation, assurance, or warranty made or given by or on behalf of us which is not set out in these terms and that you shall have no claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation or negligent misstatement based on any statement in this agreement.


When you (the company/person named on the order) place an order with Ultimate Lifting Solutions ltd our acceptance will be confirmed by email at which point a contract will come into existence between you and Ultimate Lifting Solutions Ltd. If for any reason we are unable to accept the order, we will inform you of non-acceptance and you will not be charged for the goods.



All goods supplied via or directly with Ultimate Lifting Solutions are offered as a payment with order via our chosen payment methods.

1 - Opayo (formerly known as Sagepay) Europe’s leading independent payment service provider.

2 – Paypal, worldwide known.

3 – Direct payment via BACs.

We accept most major credit and debit cards. All of our payments are processed securely through either Opayo (Sagepay) or PayPal, we do not store any sensitive card details on our servers. Payments taken verbally will incur a 3% administration fee.


We provide credit accounts to a limited number of Schools, Local Authorities p.l.c. companies & Government funded establishments under separate Terms of Business. (see below)

Contact information from the customer details forms is used to verify user by email identification.


Dispatch of goods

We aim to dispatch your goods same day as order accepted by ULS Ltd. Goods remain the property of ULS until paid for in full.


Delivery of goods

We will deliver your order to any UK address. Our standard delivery service uses a selection of national carriers or on larger items via pallet delivery company and in most cases, you will receive standard stocked goods on the next working day. If delivery address is non-standard or delivery address is more difficult to find your delivery may take a little longer. With some of the more remote areas such as the highlands of Scotland delivery can take several days. It is you the customers responsibility to inform us on non-standard addresses. If a quicker delivery service is important, you may select one of our premium delivery options or our same day option. Availability of these depends on where you are and in some cases the time of day. This will be confirmed with you within confirmation email. We use third party carriers, and we will not be held responsible for delays that are outside of our control.


Receiving Order

Unless we have your written authorisation, we will always require an authorised signature when delivering goods to you. We will not be held responsible for non-delivery due to lack of signature.



For heavier / bulkier products purchased, assistance for loading/unloading from hauliers and couriers/elected transport companies is the responsibility of you the customer, this could be in the form of a forklift, pallet truck, personnel or similar material handling equipment. If you have any queries regarding unloading/loading assistance, please contact our office who will be happy to advise what is required to load/unload your desired products. Re-delivery charges and missed deliveries due to customer error (e.g., no answer at address) are subject to payment by the customer and will not be covered by ULS.



We aim to keep sufficient stock for all products shown online. However, on occasions of unexpectedly high demand we may unfortunately be out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you to seek a solution, this may be an alternative size or alternative manufacturer of equal quality or you may prefer to wait till back in stock, or we can agree to cancel order totally.



If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so at any time until we have either manufactured a bespoke item or we have dispatched it. Most orders will be packed and dispatched in a very short period. If you wish to cancel the order you should do so by telephone immediately, and we will confirm that it has been possible. Items that are specially manufactured by us will by credited at our discretion.



If any of the goods we supply fails to perform satisfactorily within warranty period, please contact our sales team before the items are returned. as each manufacturer we represent has different policies and we need inform you before the next step – DO NOT return any goods to ULS registered office. We are not liable for loss of business by you due to a product failure.


ULS website mistakes

We are constantly updating our products, our prices and special offers. We are confident of our staff and our technology but acknowledge that human error is always possible. If products are offered for sale incorrectly, we will always try to honour our mistake. There may be rare circumstances where it is not possible to honour. In such cases we will contact you to discuss a satisfactory solution, if we are unable to resolve the matter fairly with you, we reserve the right to refuse your order and refund any payment you may have made.


Unforeseen Circumstances

Where things like acts of God, adverse weather, road closure, power-cuts, strikes, wars, acts of terrorism or even national lockdowns due to pandemics interfere in our order with you, we will do our best to complete the order on time. We shall have no liability for any failure which is due to such unforeseen circumstances or any other situation outside our control.


Age Restrictions

Age restrictions apply to the supply of some goods. By ordering these goods you confirm that you are over 18 and that the person receiving the delivery is also over 18.



Nothing in these Terms of Business is intended to affect your statutory rights or to limit our liability for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation resulting from our negligence. If there is a problem, you may receive a refund or replacement under the terms of our Guarantee. Our liability to you will always be limited to a full refund of the goods purchased. We will not compensate for delivery delays or failures unless you have requested a premium delivery option. In these circumstances our liability to you will be limited to a refund of the upgraded delivery charges you have paid. Our liability to you specifically excludes compensation for indirect or consequential loss or damage however it arises and except as described above will always be limited to a refund of your payment.



These terms of business will be interpreted and adjudicated under English law.


Making a Payment

This website operated by Ultimate Lifting Solutions Ltd uses either SagePay for totally secure online payments. Your card details are never stored by us. Transactions are carried out over SagePay's secure pages and your details are transferred using SSL encryption.


We accept all major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Maestro.


PayPal is also accepted, just select the PayPal icon at the checkout.


For cards enrolled into the scheme, we require a 3D secure password to be entered during the checkout process.
