Dapple Bars, Concrete Placers also known as concrete Spazzle and Concrete Rakes are ideal while the concrete is being poured to both move the material or screed around and then release all the air out before the concrete has set. then floats and tools like the Easy Bull Float, Big Blue Float, and the Fresno Broom can be used to smooth and improve the surface of the concrete.
