GIS LPML & LPL Entertainment Chain Hoist for Production Touring Rigging

The GIS LPML250, LPL500 and LPL1000 Series chain hoists are the lightest self-weight chain hoists for capacity in their class, making these hoists ideal for production touring and mobile use applications. LPML250 and the LPL500 are modular in design with compact construction which is why they are perfectly suited for integration in trusses. A feature of the chain motor is the protection class IP65. It is dustproof and protected against water jets. The motors are perfectly suitable for outside use, even under the most arduous conditions.

Maximum Lifting capacities as standard 500kg (LPML250), 1000kg (LPL500), and 2,000kg (LPL1000) - all on a single fall of the chain. Can be set for lower capacities if required.

Standard Chain Lengths 10m, 18m & 24m. Other lengths on request 

Direct control or low voltage control with upper/lower geared electrical limit switches

Clutch overload device mounted outside the drive train; In the event of clutch problems, the load is not compromised

Can be used upright- motor up or climbing - motor down applications

Hook body suspension as standard. Eye body suspension & lower locking chain hooks suspension on request

Available for 400V, 3Ph 50Hz, or 220V, 3Ph 50Hz power, others on Request

Profile (square) steel lifting chain carries heavier loads with lower wear, black phosphate protection with high corrosion resistance, and better dry-running

IP65 protection class- ideal for outside use, the moisture-sensitive components are housed separately

Polygon connections on shafts and hubs - easier maintenance

5 pocket load chain wheel gives smooth running and quieter operation

Aluminium body - the body is black electrophoretic coated
