The Magnetek Flex Base Wireless Radio Remote Control System, supplied with the lightweight and economy 6 button BASE transmitters. Offering a cost-effective alternative solution to the restrictive use of hardwired pendants. Ideal for use in lifting applications including electric chain hoists and small crane systems. The Flex Base Radio Control System is packaged with our MRX Receiver for a complete solution. The Flex Base system is equipped with numerous programmable functions to suit all types of applications, a wide variety of accessories are also available to provide additional protection and flexibility to suit most applications.

Designed to simplify installation and provide flexibility for easy adjustments or configuration. The 6-button Flex Base Kit is ideal for basic or lightweight applications, such as chain hoists and simple small crane systems. Another reason to purchase the Magnetek system is the voltage Select feature, that automatically adapts to the control voltage from three available power supplies: 9-36 VDC, 24-42 VAC, and 48-240 VAC, meaning these systems will never conflict or interfere with other equipment nearby (Anti-Interference Feature).

Why purchase and install a radio remote control system? - Ideal for use in material handling, overhead crane, and industrial applications where the operator requires greater freedom to move around to say get a better view of the working area, or to negotiate obstacles that could be blocking either the operator's path or the crane / loads path. Rather than using the traditional wired pendant control cord that restricts all movement.

Difference between the Base Transmitters or Wave Transmitter? Ultimate Lifting Solutions offer both the Economy Base System as well as the Wave Radio Control System. The main difference between the two radio remote systems comes down to the re-charging of the transmitters. The Wave transmitter option can be upgraded with a rechargeable docking station which can be wall mounted or left free standing. The Flex Base transmitters offer a simplified battery compartment with standard batteries that need to be removed to charge. 

The Magnetek range of remote-control systems are supplied with both the receiver and two transmitters as standard, that can be either "retro-fitted" to older crane systems and/or crane hoists or they can be fitted to machinery that requires the flexibility of not having a wired pendant control. Flex Base transmitters are ergonomic and lightweight and available in 4, 6, 8, and 12-button style options to meet all your application needs. This 4 button Flex Base System is supplied with the compact designed MRX receiver that can be easily mounted on the control panel or on the body of the hoist itself to minimise the potential imbalance.
