Manual 600Kgs Furniture Movers - FM60 with 300mm lift height and large lifting plates are designed to aid the transportation of heavy and bulky box or crate-type objects. This heavy-duty 2-piece system straps to each end of your crate. Once lifted off the floor, the system makes moving heavy loads effortless due to the swivel castors. 

The FM range of manual furniture movers is a quality made accessory made up of two end pieces both have a rack and pinion style lifting and lowering mechanism that will raise the movers to a height of 300mm by simply rotating the handle. They are also supplied with two securing straps that hold the load being lifted safely and securely while in transportation.  Lowering the load is also easy by just rotating the handle anti-clockwise and the load will lower under your control.

The advantages over our Hydraulic range of movers FM180A and FM180B are less maintenance being hydraulic free, lighter, bigger foot depth, and higher lifting height, but the lifting capacity is more than half

Care and Maintenance 

This Manual Furniture Mover requires little care and maintenance, but this must be carried out regularly. Depending on its use, the spindles and gear wheels must be re-greased weekly or monthly, using standard multi-purse grease. For this, the spindle may be reached using a brush through the slot in the guide rail. The gear wheels are also greased using a brush, by first levering off the gear-housing lid with a screwdriver. The top should be pressed down firmly to close it again. The unit's function should be tested.
