Heavy-duty 360 degree Hydraulic Rotational Toe Jack complete with carry handles are available in either a 5-tonne capacity or a 10-tonne capacity. A fully universal hydraulic lifting jack also known as a pushing jack, is perfect for low-height lifting applications or when working in confined spaces due to the 360-degree housing. They are also commonly used for lifting machinery ready for transport. These industrial toe jacks have low clearance due to them having a compact lifting toe, which makes them ideal as a forklift maintenance jack. They are the go-to Lifting jack for most maintenance teams due to their heavy-duty build quality, compact design the fact the housing revolves 360 degrees to help toe positioning.
Two Models are available 5 tonne and 10-tonne versions. both versions come as standard with a rotating claw that can rotate 360 degree making the positioning of these rotating hydraulic toe jacks simple and easy, especially in compact areas. Both the HM50 Rotational Toe Jack and MH100 Rotational Toe Jack will fit perfectly under most forklifts and are fitted with a carry handle on the body of the jack, which is great for lifting the jack in and out of work vehicles or when positioning jacks ready for lifting loads.
These jacks can lift by either using the Toe for low height / restricted spaces or using the head of the jack for taller objects.
The two big advantages of the HM Hydraulic Rotational Toe Jack -
(1) the lifting capacity is the same for both the claw (toe) and the head.
(2) Can be used horizontally for pushing objects apart as well as using vertically the lift an object such as a forklift or machinery.

Maintenance
Keep the jack clean, especially protect him from sand and water • Lubricate all gliding and moving parts thoroughly. Checking oil level Check the oil level regularly by retracting the piston fully, placing the jack in a vertical position, and carefully removing the rubber oil-filler plug. The oil level should be up to the hole with the jack in a vertical position. Top-up as necessary, but do not over-fill. Replace the rubber oil-filler plug. Only use high-quality Yale hydraulic oil to Class ISO 32.
Services
The definition of lifting equipment and accessories used in LOLER makes it clear that Jacks including hydraulic Toe Jacks are lifting equipment. Therefore all lifting jacks must be inspected at least annually not exceeding 12 months by a competent person. Adverse working conditions may dictate shorter inspection periods.
