Abtech ST/044 Heavy-Duty Basket Stretcher, Rigid Technical Rescue - The Abtech ST/044 Basket Stretcher is the industry standard for high-impact, vertical, and aerial rescue operations. Constructed with a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) shell supported by a reinforced tubular aluminium frame, it provides maximum patient protection in the most punishing environments.

Unlike flexible stretchers, the ST/044 offers a rigid, "armoured" cradle that excels during helicopter winching, technical rope hauls, and transport over jagged, uneven terrain. Its non-absorbent surface is completely resistant to body fluids and chemicals, making it a low-maintenance, long-life asset for emergency teams
