PSA Fall protection Anchorage points MUST only be used with fall arrest equipment. Never use these eyebolts for any lifting applications. When using for rescue from height , additional emergency descent device must be used.
The PSA VRS Starpoint is suitable for One person and Two person
Lifting points pivots 360°.
Non removable special bolt (this reduces the risk of improper standard bolts).
According to EG Directive 89/686/EWG. Exceeds the requirements of DIN EN 795. Marking corresponds to DIN EN 365.
Tested and certified by faculty PSA of DGUV.
DGUV approval for attachment to steel and with blind rivet nuts.
Body and bolt made out of Duplex Steel 1.4462 (high resistance in sea water and in environment with a high concentration of chlorine ions. Component is allowed to be used in outdoor applications.

Hand tightening with appropriate wrench is sufficient for a singular lift.

In-service Inspection and Maintenance
Inspect PSA-Fall protection anchorage point regularly before each usage in regard of tightening,
corrosion, wear, deformation etc
If a safe usage is doubtable or if the lifting mean has been stressed by a dropped load, for safety reasons the usage must be withdraw.
A competent person must decide whether the lifting mean can be used further on.
The PSA-Fall protection anchorage point has to be adjustable through 360° when fitted and completely installed.
Helpful advice for the regular inspection
In time periods complying to the need or usage a technical expert should control at least once a year the appropriateness of the anchor point. This inspection must also be done after each event of damage or special incident.

For cleaning of PSA fall arrest anchor devices use only solvent- and acid-free cleaning supplies.
