Whether you are performing high-volume industrial floor pours or smaller residential slabs, the Easy Screed Pro offers the versatility required to switch between free-screeding and striking off between formwork in seconds.


Powerful and Precise Vibration

At the heart of the Easy Screed Pro drive unit is a reliable and powerful 4-stroke Honda GX31 petrol engine, delivering 1.6Hp (1.2kW) of power. This drives an inline flexible drive shaft, providing consistent and effective vibration to the attached aluminium beam. The unit's adjustable centrifugal force is a key feature, allowing operators to optimise the vibration intensity to suit different concrete slumps and beam lengths, ensuring effective compaction and a superior finish every time.   


The Belle Easy Screed Pro utilises uniquely shaped, heavily reinforced extruded aluminium beams (available separately) that are engineered for ultimate strength and efficient vibration transmission. These beams feature a clever double-sided profile: one side is specifically designed for form-free screeding, while the other is shaped for striking off between traditional formwork. Switching between beam lengths or reversing the beam profile is made quick and easy thanks to the tool-free quick clamp mechanism. This not only saves valuable time on site but also simplifies transport and storage.   


Engineered for Comfort and Control

Designed with the operator in mind, the Altrad Belle Easy Screed Pro features adjustable handle height for improved comfort and control during operation. Effective vibration isolation is also incorporated, directing the powerful vibrations to the concrete where they are needed, rather than to the user, which helps to reduce operator fatigue and the risk of Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS).

With 9 different aluminium beam lengths available, ranging from 1.5m up to 6m, the Altrad Belle Easy Screed Pro system can be tailored to suit a wide variety of concrete bay sizes and project requirements. For the longer 5.5m and 6.0m screeding beams, using two drive units is recommended to ensure optimal compaction and finishing across the full width.
