Easy to set up and use - They fit directly onto standard 48mm scaffold tubes via the simple-to-connect scaffold clamps (two clamps supplied free of charge) once in place, these builder's hoists will offer the operator a fast lifting aid to help lift any building materials up the outside of scaffolding to a height of 25m, or it can be used to lower any waste materials that are needed to be removed from the site. The big advantage of a scaffold hoist is the fact that no materials are needed to be taken through the house, just the same as builders waste, it can be lowered outside, with no dirt or bulky items through the inside, making for happy customers.

In accordance with the risk assessment of the operating company.
Prior to the initial operation.
Before the unit is put into service again following a shutdown/change of site.
After substantial changes.
However, at least once per year, by a competent person.
