Supplied with a telescopic mounting bracket and boasting a fast lifting speed of 38 metres per minute, this is one of the fasting site hoists available in the UK. The DM150APV is a quality, European manufactured builders hoist, rated for industrial use and sold to professionals who require a hard-working outdoor wire rope hoist for daily use.

Another big advantage of the DM150APVIndustrial Site Hoist other than its fast lifting speed is that they are supplied with a telescopic swivel top mounting bracket. The swivel mechanism allows the safe loading from ground level or unloading of materials onto the scaffold boards, with no overreaching outside the scaffold barriers. The arm is also telescopic, meaning the arm can be adjusted to suit the items to be lifted, to accommodate larger items to be lifted, or to suit the architecture of the building. Simple to set up and use

These 110-volt fit directly onto standard 48mm scaffold tubes via the "simple to connect" scaffold clamps (two clamps supplied free of charge). Once in place, these industrial builder's hoists will offer the operator a fast lifting aid to help lift building materials up the outside of scaffolding to a height of 40m, or it can be used to lower any building waste material such as roof slates, bricks or rubble that is needed to be removed quickly and safely. The big advantage of a 110-volt scaffolder's hoist is the fact that no materials are needed to be taken through the house, just the same as builder's waste and even equipment, it can be lowered outside, with no dirt or bulky items through the inside, leaving you a happy customer.
