How to set up an Industrial Scaffold Hoist? They fit directly onto standard 48mm scaffold tubes via the "simple to connect" scaffold clamps (Clamps supplied free of charge). Once secured in place, these builder's site hoists will offer the operator a fast lifting aid to help lift building materials up the outside of scaffolding to a height of 35m, or it can be used to lower any building waste material such as roof slates, bricks or rubble that is needed to be removed from the site. The big advantage of a scaffold hoist is the fact that no materials are needed to be taken through the house, just the same as builders waste, it can be lowered outside, with no dirt or bulky items through the inside, leaving you a happy customer.

Another big advantage of the DM200AP other than its fast lifting speed of 21m/minute is, the site workers will not be hanging around long waiting for goods to go up or down the scaffolding, the hoist kit is supplied with a telescopic swivel top mounting bracket. The swivel mechanism is to allow the safe loading or unloading of materials onto the scaffold boards, with no overreaching outside the scaffold barriers, the arm is also telescopic, meaning the arm can be adjusted to suit the items to be lifted to accommodate larger items to be lifted or to suit the architecture of the building, extend the arm out to miss things such as bay windows, guttering, even gargoyles on churches. also supplied is the pendant to control the lifting and lowering.
