110 Volt Floor Mounted Scaffold Hoist

110 Volt Floor Mounted Scaffold Hoist is an industrial quality outdoor hoist with 200 Kg Capacity able to reach a 30m lifting height. The DM 200APP is a clever variation of the traditional scaffold hoist with the motor being positioned at the floor lever compared to a standard scaffold hoist or Flag hoist that historically has been attached at the top of the building and all the lifting is controlled from a high level.

NOT ANYMORE. These Italian-built floor-mounted scaffold hoists (which have been used in Europe for many years) are now available in 110-volt and now available in the UK from ULS Lifting. The main body of the scaffold hoist is attached at ground level to the scaffold pole and the only part that needs to be taken up high is the lightweight swing arm. Attaching the hoist at a low level eliminates the need to carry the bulky, heavy, and probably dirty hoist up and down the scaffolding (or via the inside of a house) They are easy to set up and also eliminate  dreaded voltage drop,

The DM200APP floor mounted Scaffold Hoist is fitted with a 60m wire rope giving a working height of up to 30 metres and can handle loads up to 200 kg. The DM200APP also known as the Firenze due to its Italian connections has some unique features making it more efficient and safer to install, use and dismantle than a standard scaffold hoist. Mount the hoist unit at ground level - Normally, a scaffold hoist would be carried up the scaffolding and mounted at the highest point possible to move the loads from the ground up and down levels as required.

Anyone who has ever handled a scaffold hoist will know that they are quite a handful, this is amplified when moving them up levels to where it’s installation position.  The scaffold hoist is then installed at the edge of a building or scaffold, sometimes as high as 40m. But no more - The DM200 APP can be mounted at the floor lever, and only the lightweight rope guide needs to be installed at a high level.
