The Probst Teleplan TP Hand Screeding System is the new addition to the ever-popular Probst range of screeding tools and equipment. These Screeding Bars are supplied as standard with height adjustable brackets on both the left and right ends, perfect for working off kerbstones or similar, to create a constant height along the full length of the screeded area, also fitted with a built-in level indicator (bubble Level) so no excuses for keeping the screed bar perfectly flat when being used.
The Probst Teleplan system is available in four different adjustable sizes - 600m to 1000mm. 1000m to 1650mm. 1500m to 2600mm and 2000m to 3500mm.
The Probst Teleplan system is available with Pulling Handles, Adjustable Rollers and Multi-positional handle clamps - see below for specifications.
**NOTE** Supplied without handles to create a traditional Screeding Board. A pair of handles can be bought as an accessory separately. The advantage of purchasing the optional Handles (HG-ERGO-DUO - Part Number 41010072) it will allow both operators the ability to stand upright in a more relaxed and ergonomic position, with no more kneeling in wet sand to drag the board.
The Probst TELE PLAN TP Series of Screeding bars can be used as a traditional screeding board, or add pulling handles (Not Included) to create a stand-up two-man screeding system which eliminates kneeling in damp sand. The Probst Teleplan Two-Person Screeding system is a useful hand screeding system that can be used with both Screeding Rails or off Kerbs alike.
The TP Screeding system has been designed with an aluminium "sickle-shaped" screeding head, as a result, means that when screeding, the profiled head will cut itself down into the bedding material and not move upwards (just like when screeding with a flat-bottomed screed board or wooden plank). Therefore the top level that has been "scraped off" will be left with a smooth and profiled surface ready for laying the block paving or slabs. Because of this sickle (curved) profile head another advantage of the Probst TP Handscreeding System is that the system glides easily into the screed, so no need in forcing the head down when pulling. This is perfect for small to medium-sized bedding areas screeding compacted sand.
Available in four widths that are all adjustable. Probst TP60/100, TP100/165, TP150/260, TP200/350.

The Teleplan Handscreeding systems can be connected together to create the desired width, thus one and the same tool can be used for various working widths.

Further information on the Probst TELEPLAN TP Hand Screeding System - Commonly used as either a traditional Screeding board or as a two-person stand-up screeding system for levelling screed areas and preparing the land ready to be block paved and slabbed.
The TELEPLAN TP aluminium profile is sickle-shaped. As a result, the profile cuts itself into the bedding material and does not move upwards! No need for executing any force to push it down when pulling. Especially when screeding compacted sand, also in case of the screed bar cannot be moved sideways sawing off the bedding material due to lateral obstacles or boundaries,
The advantages of the TP profile are enormous with regard to effort of energy, working speed and high-quality performance of the laying course.
Two (2) TP profiles can be connected together in order to be telescopically adjusted in a simple and sturdy way. Thus one and the same tool can be used for various working widths.
Two fixed clamping units connect both profiles, clamping units can not get lost.
With height adjustable height stop on both sides, the range of adjustment is 0 – 127 mm (0 – 5 inches). Can be taken off quickly if required.
Integrated fitting for additional pulling handles TP-HG included in the side parts and HG-ERGO-DUO.
One level indicator is incorporated inside the TP profile.
The lightweight aluminium hollow profile is extremely sturdy (high-tensile material – weight is 1.3 kg per meter).
