An added benefit of the Universal Salt Spreader is that it can also be used as a seed, fertilizer, or even grasshopper during the warmer months.

The SSM190L forklift mountable towable salt spreader from Contact Attachments has no electrical or auxiliary valve connection required to the forklift, this mechanically driven salt gritter is simple yet effective to use for all ice gritting applications, ideal when spreading salt once that cold snap hits and being so portable means a lot of ground can be salted quickly and efficiently.

Manufactured from 3mm steel to create a quality hopper that is fitted with a galvanised actuator that ensures the salt does not clog up while in use. Also fitted with a galvanized meshed safety guard to protect the operator's hands.
