Universal Big Bag Lifting Frame is designed to lift and transport bulk bags safely and securely. It can be used with an overhead Crane, Hiab, or Forklift. Manufactured as a 4-point spreader beam suitable for 1-tonne builder's bulk bags and other oversized bags. Ideal for use at builder's merchants, on construction sites, or around farmyards and factories.

They are designed for quick attachment to Hiab or Over-head Crane via the large fabricated lifting eye fitted to the top of the Big Bag Lifting Frame, and the bags hook over the recessed lifting points fitted to the end of each arm. Once the bag is lifted off the floor, the bag stays in position. It can be transported safely to its following location on or off the back of a delivery wagon, around the farm, etc.

The Big Bag Lifter is also fitted with Fork Lift Pockets and can be used effectively with a Forklift or Tele-Handler.

NOTE - Do not drag the load as this will put undue stress on the heel pins when being used with a forklift or on the lifting eye when being used with a Hiab or crane

INSPECTION / SERVICE

According to national and international accident prevention and safety regulations hoisting equipment must be inspected: • in accordance with the risk assessment of the operating company, • prior to initial operation, • before the unit is put into service again following a shutdown • after substantial changes, • however, at least once per year, by a competent person.
