Transform your forklift into a mobile crane with this adjustable forklift hook attachment. It can be quickly and easily secured anywhere along the forklift tines to suit your requirements, using two screw bars to lock it safely in place. The attachment comes supplied with a tested swivel hook and shackle for safe lifting. These cost-effective adjustable hooks simply slide over the forklift tines, allowing you to position them as needed before tightening the two "T" screws. Once secured, the hook will remain fixed and will not slide along the tines.

Lifting is performed via the attached swivel hook, which is securely fixed under the main body. This design allows easy attachment of chain slings, flat slings, endless lifting slings, or, if required, a chain hoist.

Why use an Adjustable Fork Mounted Hook instead of slinging over the forks?

Protecting Lifting Slings: The forks or tines of a forklift have sharp edges, which can damage soft slings like Duplex straps or endless round slings. Using a fork-mounted hook eliminates the risk of slings being cut by these sharp edges.

Preventing Sling Slippage: When using chain slings or wire rope slings, direct metal-on-metal contact with the fork tines can cause the slings to slide out of place. A fork hook attachment helps prevent this.

Improving Load Balance: Using a forklift hook attachment between the tines ensures the correct centre of balance when lifting, which reduces the risk of load tipping.
