120 litre Forced Action Mixer IMER

Quality European-built IMER MIX 120 Plus Forced Action Mixer is ideal for mixing a broad range of both dry and wet materials up to 8mm in diameter, such as plaster, mortar, screed, concrete and resin, this is due to the paddle cover head distributing the material evenly inside the drum pan. Powerful and very versatile machine that can batch mix the most difficult of products due to its high power and high paddle speed of 38rpm and these machines have the added advantage of the possibility to reverse the paddle direction.

IMER MIX 120 Plus (110V) Resin Bound Mixer is fitted with a forced-duty planetary mixing system for fast and homogeneous batching. This system allows considerable time saving for material batching. - For example, the MIX120 Plus takes about 40 seconds to make an 80-litre batch of lean mortar.  

How does the IMER MIX120 work - It discharges through the bottom and has a protection guard for operator protection. The top guard has a bag splitter and a safety device that stops the machine if the top is lifted when the machine is still operating. The switch has an NVC which means if it has been stopped by the top safety device, it will not start automatically when the top is replaced.
