Probst Adjustable Block Paver Cart VTK-V is the market-leading heavy-duty paver blockcart that grips, lifts, and transports pavers, blocks, kerbstones, or slabs directly from the floor or pallet to the working area effortlessly. Gone are the days of old, when landscapers and block pavers had to load a wheelbarrow up of bricks and slabs before moving them to the laying area. This wheeled cart has rotating handles that will lift a full layer of bricks within seconds, grip them securely, and then safely unload them where needed.
This quality German-manufactured block paver cart by Probst with its durable galvanized finish has been designed to make every landscaper and block paving team's working day easier, as a full stack of block paving blocks, kerbstones, and slabs can be easily loaded from the delivered pallet pack without the need of a ramp and transported to the working area. The paver transport Cart VTK-V can be adjusted from 550mm to 1050mm Max to suit the blocks or slabs to be lifted, and the gripping width can be altered without the need for extra tools.
The Probst Adjustable Paver Transport Cart VTK is compact and narrow in design (only 1150mm wide) making it perfect for tight pathways or smaller building sites and the long handles give a favourable load distribution position that ensures optimal operation and ease on the back and body of the operator. Once the Probst Block cart is loaded up, blocks can easily be transported from the pallet to near the working area.

Adjustable Paver Transport Cart VTK-V - Part Number 51100015 - Also known as the Probst VTK-V Blockcart or Probst VTK-V Adjustable Block Pallet Cart, Probst Adjustable Block Paver Cart VTK-V
Clamping is done by bending a lever 90° (maximum pressure 15 kp).
Adjustable gripping width from 550 mm – 1,050 mm.
The minimum and maximum gripping widths can be altered using special grippers.
How To operate the Probst Adjustable Block Paver Cart VTK-V from bricks already on the floor
Position the cart carefully next to the line of bricks to be lifted.
1. Move the VTK-V carefully to the load.
2. Bring the stop and the bottom plate in position by placing the VTK-V in the upright position.
3. Engage the lever up to the stop
clockwise, so the load is getting
clamped.
4. Take the VTK-V by the handles, bring
it in a horizontal position and carefully
transport the load to the place of
destination.
5. At the place of destination, bring the
VTK-V carefully to the upright position.
6. Rotate the lever counter-clockwise to release the load.
7. The VTK-V can now be moved away.
How To operate the Probst VTK-V Paver Cart: Adjustable Paving Slab Trolley from bricks from a pallet
1. Use the support roll to place the Probst VTK-V on the pallet. Move the VTK-V carefully to the load.
2. Bring the stop and the bottom plate in position by placing the VTK-V in the upright position.
3. Engage the lever up to the stop clockwise, so the load is getting clamped.
4. Tilt the VTK-V towards yourself and
pull it so the support roll is on the edge
of the pallet. The wheels have to
extend over the edge of the pallet.
5. Tilt the VTK-V further on until it
stands on its wheels
6. At the place of destination, bring the
VTK-V carefully to the upright position.
Rotate the lever counterclockwise to
release the load.
7. The VTK-V can now be moved away.

Maintenance of the Probst Paver Transport Cart
To ensure the correct function, safety, and service life of the device the following points must be executed with in the maintenance interval.
Advisable notes - Only original spare parts, otherwise the warranty expires.
Initial inspection after 25 operating hours
Check or retighten all fixing screws (may only be carried out by a qualified person).
Inspection Every 50 operating hours
Retighten all fixing screws (make sure that the screws are retightened according to the valid tightening torques of the corresponding strength classes).
Check all existing safety elements (such as folding pins) for proper function and replace defective safety elements. → 1)
Check all joints, guides, pins and sprockets, and chains for proper function, readjust or replace if necessary.
Check gripper jaws (if present) for wear and clean, replace them if necessary.
All existing sliding guides, rack gears, and joints of moving parts or machine components must be greased/lubricated to reduce wear and for optimum movement sequences (recommended grease: Mobil Grease HXP 462).
Lubricate all grease nipples (if present) with a grease gun.
Inspection after a max 12 months - (shorten the inspection interval in case of harsh operating conditions)
Inspection of all suspension parts, as well as bolts and brackets.
Inspection for cracks, wear, corrosion, and functional safety by an expert.
