These quality manufactured Rubber Hammers are fitted with special Butyl rubber, this material was selected as it helps protect wrists, elbows and the whole arm. The Butyl Rubber compound helps with damping the blow , no unpleasant "spring back" when striking the paving block,, but there is no reduction in the actual striking force on the block.
