What is the difference between a forklift cage and a man basket for a telehandler?
While both are types of forklift lifting attachments used for elevating personnel, a standard forklift cage is primarily designed for indoor warehouse use on smooth, flat surfaces. In contrast, a man basket for a telehandler is typically more robust, featuring specialised locking systems and guardrails designed to meet the rigorous safety requirements of rough terrain and outdoor construction environments.

How do I choose the right capacity for a forklift work platform?
When selecting a forklift work platform, you must consider the "Weight + Personnel" rule. You need to ensure the combined weight of the workers and their tools does not exceed the platform's capacity, and importantly, that your forklift’s residual lifting capacity at full height is sufficient to handle the load safely.
