CY Self Balancing Crane Forks

The CY Self Balancing Crane forks from Raptor products have adjustable fork tines to suit different width pallets and height adjustable to suit different sized loads. Therefore these self-levelling crane pallet forks give huge flexibility when required to move pallets or oversized packs of bricks/blocks around a builder's yard or on-site via a crane. Adjust the fork width to accommodate the pallet size, also adjust height to suit taller crates or pallets.The advantages of the self-balancing hydraulic piston are that the fork unit will automatically keep the load level while being lifted as well as in transport as it finds its own centre of gravity.

NB - The automatic balancing system requires a minimum load of at least 20% of your chosen crane fork working load limit WLL - See below for the capacity working range.

Please note these units are supplied already assembled on a wooden pallet.

Crane forks with self-weight balancing - Tend to point their tines upwards when being transported, this prevents the load from unintentionally slipping off the tines. The self-balancing mechanism returns the lifting point to the unloaded position when the load is set down. For efficient operation of this mechanism, the load must be greater than 20% of the working load limit.

The Crane Pallet Forks can also be used with overhead cranes, Site Cranes, and even a Fork Lift Truck when combined with a Forklift Fork Hook.
