All telehandler skips are fitted with a strut that helps lock the forks onto the tele-skip. Unfortunately, this ram can get damaged and just wears out over time. By replacing the Gas-strut it means the auto lock skip can be back in action at little cost, much cheaper than replacing the whole telehandler skip.
Fits the Telehandler Auto-Locking Skip (HDTS TELESKIP), Self-Locking Telehandler Skip ETS, and the Telehandler Skip with Castors.
The Strut which is 430mm long is supplied with replacement Nylock Nuts within the pack and can be easily connected to the Teleskip. ULS Lifting stock the replacement ram and it can be dispatched directly to the site quickly.

MAINTENANCE of Telehandler Auto-Locking Skip (HDTS TELESKIP)
The TELESKIP should be examined prior to use to ensure it is in good working order and free from defects and damage.
Particular attention should be given to the auto-lock system. The hinges should be regularly lubricated with maintenance spray to ensure free operation. The gas struts should be examined on a daily basis to ensure they are not damaged and retain adequate compression.
The TELESKIP requires inspection under PUWER, not LOLER regulations.
