Crane and Forklift Tipping Skip FLTS 2013C

The FLTS 2013C quality manufactured Crane and Forklift Tipping Skip, fitted with lifting lugs as standard to give an ideal solution for moving waste or materials around any factory floor, construction site or any situation that requires storage and transportation of loose materials or scrap and waste by using an tower crane or overhead crane. The main difference with the Crane and Forklift version of our quality range of tipping skips is that is is supplied with four certified lifting eyes / lugs to enable quick movement of materials from high level back down to the ground level.

The FLTS 2013C Tipping Skip stand out amongst other manufacturers tipping skips and our own standard tipping skip, fitted with the addition of fixed heel pins as standard on all 4 models. The heel pins means that once the tipping skip has been correctly located on the forklift fork tines it is and safe and secure, the skip will not slip or slide off the forklift. this means no extra safety restraint chains are required to secure the tipping skip to the forklift.

The added advantage of the 2013 range of tipping skips is the four way fork pocket entry. which means this quality tipping skip can be located exactly where required and the tipping skip can be lifted from the front or rear and can be lifted from both the left side and right side and lifted and transported away easily.

Our Standard Forklift Tipping Skip are manufactured in the UK from 3mm Quality steel plate, the Heavy Duty Tipping Skips are manufactured in he UK from a thicker plate of 5mm. The advantage of the standard DTS tipping skip is the overall weight is less, making it easier to maneuverer around the factory and site and will be better suitable for smaller forklifts. The HDI Heavy Duty Industrial Tipping Skip manufactured from a heavier gauge steel plate makes the units more durable and suited on construction sites that will have bigger waste products added to it.

Design Difference between standard skip and the heavy duty tipping skip?

The DTS Tipping skip are manufactured with a folded back lip all around the bucket area, this double folded lip adds extra strength to the whole skip area, this helps the skip to keep its shape longer and again makes them suitable for building sites, construction sites and factories that are using the tipping skips for waste products such as steel, rubble, bricks, roof slates and other site materials such as installation materials, wood and plasterboard.
