The Yale HTP Manual Push Travel Trolley with extended bar. Suitable for wider Crane Beams, "I" Beams, or Structural Sections, and offers a means of moving a load suspended on a steel section. SWL 500Kgs - 5,000Kgs. The HTP Type B has excellent rolling features due to the quality machined steel wheels to enable easy traversing of large loads with little effort.
These units are easy to fit your beam or girder due to the single load bar with threaded ends - no need for packing washers, adjustments are made by rotating the load bar which ensures the central positioning of the trolley on the beam, which in turn means the load will be suspended centrally, the trolley will not creep sideways when being pushed along the beam.
The HTP has two sizes
Type "B" which suits larger beams starting from 160mm up to 300mm wide
and
Type "A" which suits most standard beams with a flange width of up to 220mm

The trolley enables easy traversing of large loads with either manual or powered hoisting equipment.
Features
It has excellent rolling features due to machined steel wheels mounted on prelubricated, encapsulated ball bearings.
Adjustable to fit a wide range of beam widths and profiles (e.g. INP, IPE and IPB).
Adjustments are made by rotating the clevis load bar which also ensures the centred positioning of the hoist in the clevis – no creeping to the left or the right.
The trolley wheels are designed for a max. beam profile incline of 14 % (DIN 1025 – part 1).

INSPECTION, SERVICE & REPAIR
- According to national and international accident prevention and safety regulations load lifting attachments must be inspected:
- in accordance with the risk assessment of the operating company
- prior to initial operation
- before the unit is put into service again following a shut down
- after substantial changes
- however, at least once per year, by a competent person
