20" Rubbish Chute Universal Fixing Frame

Strong and robust Universal Fixing Frame to suit 20" Rubbish Chute systems. Rubbish Chute Fixing Frame is required if securing a rubbish chute system to scaffolding on building or construction sites. Quick and easy setup for direct fitting to scaffolding ledgers to create a secure fixing point ready to attach a top hopper or direct onto standard Rubbish Chute Straight Sections. The Frame should also be used when rubbish chutes systems are installed over 10m long. Basically, for every ten chutes add one frame.

Each frame is fitted with two short chains that connect directly on to the fixing bracket located on the side of the Rubbish Chute Top Hopper or the standard chute section. Once secured, the straight section or top hopper is totally secure and safe.

The 20" Rubbish Chute Universal Fixing Frame is compatible with the 20" Red Rubbish Chute system from Oaklands Products available from Ultimate lifting Solutions.

The Oaklands 20" Rubbish Chute Systems are ideal for aiding the safe disposal of builder's waste materials, debris, or rubble from high level down to the floor or skip. The Top Hopper and Straight Chute Sections are supplied with two connection chains for quick and easy setup. The Rubbish Chute Sections are stackable for compact storage and easy transportation between sites when not in use.

The Oaklands 20" Red Rubble Chute Sections are supplied 1100mm long and lightweight yet very robust at only 8.5kgs per section. Fitted with galvanized brackets and chains that easily connect to create a versatile rubbish chute system that is ideal for any situation where a rigid rubbish chute system is practical. Once the sections are connected and chained it will create a very safe and secure system. Adding the RCTH 20" Top Hopper with its enlarged opening, will make the loading of rubble or waste easier and eliminates overspilling or missing the hopper. We also supply an interconnecting side hopper RCSE ideal for loading builders' waste from more than one level into the same skip.

How to create the desired Rubbish Chute - Firstly, work out the height required and calculate how many 1m sections of straight rubble chute sections are required. Add a 1m long top hopper and secure the fixing frame if required. When connected, the whole rubble chute system will become a versatile yet flexible kit that can bend or flex a little to compensate for the building or scaffolding. Ideal for when a rigid system is not practical or feasible.

Components to make up a Rubbish Chute System

Rubbish Chute Fixing Frame - The Rubbish Chute Fixing Frame is secured at the top of the system, onto the scaffolding, and held securely in place by utilizing two horizontal scaffold ledger beams.

Rubbish Chute Top Hopper - Fitted as the top piece of the Rubbish Chute System and has an extra wide opening that enables the Rubble, site waste, or rubbish to be easily entered into the funnel.

Rubbish Chute Section - These 1m straight sections are the main chute component, these are fixed to the top hopper to generate the height required for the chute system.

Why use the 20" Rubble System? The 20" Red Chute System is our best seller and is an ideal solution for when a rigid chute system is not suitable or practical. ULS LIFTING can also supply a Heavy Duty 22" Rubbish Chute System. Once erected these systems become heavy-duty semi-rigid units providing extra strength, and minimizing damage and dust. Designed with a tapered body to give an increased top diameter that will prevent blockages when in use. These systems are supplied with wire rope and snap hooks to secure scaffolding easily without the need for a fixing frame. And just like the Red 20" Rubble Chute System, the yellow 22" Scaffolding Chute System is stackable for easy storage and transportation.

For clearance of larger debris or bulkier materials, then our largest rubbish chute system may be suitable, this larger 30" diameter rubbish chute system is manufactured from high-quality MDFE and HDPE Plastic to create a semi-rigid chute ideal for bulkier and larger pieces of waste or rubble. Just like the 22" Chute System, the black 30" Rubble System is supplied with Wire Rope and snap hook fixing kits for easy fixing straight to the scaffolding. and again these kits are stackable.
