The Air (Pneumatic) Lifting Jack - Powermat 8 Bar is designed for extreme reliability and low maintenance.

Service-Free for 5 Years: Due to the quality of construction, only a simple visual inspection is required before each use for the first five years.

Service Schedule: The first service is requested after five years, followed by services in year seven and year nine. From year ten, annual servicing is required until the unit is 15 years old.

What is an air lifting jack?

An air lifting jack (or pneumatic lifting jack) is a heavy-duty inflatable bag that uses compressed air (up to 8 bar) to lift heavy objects precisely and safely. They are preferred in low-height or difficult-access situations.

What is the minimum clearance needed for the Powermat jack?

The Powermat range has an extremely low deflated profile, requiring only 25mm of clearance for insertion.

Can I stack the lifting bags to lift higher?

Yes, Powermat bags can be stacked up to two high to increase the total lifting height. Important: The top bag must always be smaller than the bottom bag for stability (refer to the datasheet).

What air supply is required?

They require a maximum of 8 bar (or 116 psi) air supply. Common sources include air compressors, BA/SCUBA cylinders, factory airlines, or a truck's air brake system.

Are these lifting jacks certified?

Yes, all ULS Powermat lifting bags are independently tested and comply with EN 13731:2007 for professional standards.
