Yale Festoon Power Supply Cable System is a cost-effective Industrial Festoon System designed for Overhead Cranes & Hoists. The System will contain all parts and cables required to install your power cable supply on top of a suitable runway beam or steelwork. The Festooned Cable System can be supplied from any length from 3m up to 30m, all support brackets, track, cable trolleys, and rail connectors will be supplied to suit the length of the festoon system ordered, ULS Lifting also includes the correct amount of Flat Form Power Cable for wiring directly into the hoist or other electrical equipment.
The main Features and benefits included
Both the track and the supports brackets etc are galvanised to help protect against weathering, all parts connect together easily, only the track itself needs to be cut on-site to create the desired length, making the Yale Festoon System simple and quick to install. This festoon system is designed for use to power any standard Electric Chain Hoist where the pendant is fitted directly to the hoist. Included in the price is the 4 core 2.5mm PVC Flatform Cable, it will be supplied to the correct length and based on 700mm loop sag. If you require extra cable or special requirements, feel free to call and discuss.

Standard YALE Festoon Kits are designed to fit on Runway Beams or I-Beam style steelwork with a max flange of 305mm - ULS Lifting can offer alternative fixings such as ceiling-mounted support brackets perfect for bolting to the ceiling or overhead steelwork. Wall-mounted support brackets for bolting to walls or again steelwork and Split suspension brackets that are used for mounting directly to the underside flange of parallel I-Beams - Please call the ULS LIFTING office 01384 986 026 for any of these fittings.

The track itself is supplied in 3m Long lengths and can easily be cut down on-site without the aid of any special tools - A simple hacksaw can be used.
Flat-form cable supplied is 4 core 2.5mm PVC.
The Flatform cable will be supplied to suit the track length ordered, we have calculated the total length required including the loops set at 700mm (EG - 3m system supplied with 6m of cable).
Support brackets connect directly onto steel work (I-Beam up to 305mm Flange) and are spaced at 1.5m intervals.
Each kit will include the following items
Track, supplied in 3m lengths
Track joints (where needed)
Support arm with bracket (one every 1.5m)
End anchor/clamp x 1
Flat cable trolleys (one every 1.5m)
Towing cable trolley x 1
Cable - 4 core 2.5mm flat PVC cable - cut to length
PVC flat cable glands x 2
Track end stop x 1
