What is Included with the IMER ET300 Gantry Hoist System?
The Builders Gantry Hoist System is supplied with 1 front and 1 rear goal-post-style support system, all connected by a 3.3m running beam. The heavy-duty hoist connects to the travelling trolley inside the running beam. The running beam allows for one meter to overhang beyond the edge of the building. Two ballast boxes with 150kg capacity are supplied to help support the framework and to comply with lifting regulations, but ballasts are not supplied. The 300Kgs Hoist supplied is fitted with a galvanized wire rope and can lift building materials up or down to a max of 30m. This fast-lifting hoist has a lifting speed of 19 m/min. The hoist is fitted with a top limit lever and micro switch to protect the hoist wire rope when it has reached the top. Fitted with a pendant with "Up", "Down" and "Emergency Stop". Travelling trolley fitted with four easy roll high-quality aluminium wheels and trolley fitted with brake and lock-off lever to lock the hoist in any position along the 3.3m beam.
