IMER Builders Gantry Hoist System 500Kg Capacity with heavy-duty site hoist. This is an all-you-need kit to lift or lower all building materials on site up to 500 kg quickly and safely. Kit includes both the Hoist and Gantry system. The Imer G500 is Ultimate Lifting Solutions' most extensive scaffold/on-site hoist system and is supplied as a complete lifting system that includes the 500kg industrial scaffold hoist and a gantry system to fit the hoist. The Imer Gantry Hoist System can winch materials up to a height of 42m from the floor. They are designed and manufactured to be used within the boundaries of the scaffolding around a building or on the roof space, or within a large flat room and "new build" construction sites, high-rise constructions, and similar areas where a larger lifting capacity is required, compared to standard scaffold hoists or in areas where it is not possible or practical to build scaffold towers.

The Builders Gantry Hoist System is supplied with 1x front and 1 x rear goal post-style support system, all connected with a 3.3m running beam. The included heavy-duty 500kg hoist connects to the traveling trolley inside the shaft. The running beam allows one meter to overhang beyond the edge of the building. Two ballast boxes are supplied to help support the framework. (ballast not provided).

The 500 kg IMER G500 Hoist supplied is fitted with a galvanized wire rope and can lift building materials up or down to a max of 42m. This fast-lifting hoist has a lifting speed of 17m/min. The hoist is fitted with a top limit lever and micro switch to protect the hoist wire rope when it has reached the top—equipped with a pendant with "UP", "Down", and Emergency Stop. The traveling trolley is equipped with four easy-roll high-quality aluminium wheels, and the trolley is fitted with a brake and lock-off lever to lock the hoist in any position along the 3.3m beam.

To comply with lifting regulations, the IMER G500 N Builders Gantry kit comes complete with a front kickboard and lockable back ballast boxes (250Kg ballast weight in each box required but NOT SUPPLIED, call our office on 01384 986 026, and we can supply them for you).
