Released a few years ago, the new CPV hoist combines modern design with technical innovation. Its robust, compact construction makes this 250kg chain hoist a versatile unit ideal for industrial applications. With a service-friendly modular design, it allows easy access to all critical components, facilitating time-saving maintenance and periodic inspections.
The integrated upper and lower limit switches significantly extend the lifespan of the slipping clutch, motor, and gearbox. The CPV is equipped with electromagnetic spring pressure brakes that hold the load safely, even in the event of a power failure. Another notable feature of the CPV 250kg hoist is its externally adjustable slip clutch, designed to ensure a permanent connection between the load and the brake. Mainline contactors, fitted as standard, offer increased safety.

Customise Your Yale 250kg Electric Hoist
Any additional height of lift is available; the standard is 3m, and additional heights are sold in complete metres only. Standard hoists at 3m are supplied with a 2m pendant cable. As the lifting height increases, the pendant cable length will be adjusted pro rata. The hoist body can be fitted with a raincoat, with three sizes available to suit all hoist sizes. Powered trolley raincoats are also available, but only up to a 2-tonne capacity.
