What lifting capacities are available in the Liftket Star range?

The Liftket Star Electric Chain Hoist is available in lifting capacities from 125kg up to 5,000kg as standard. Custom models up to 25 tonnes are available on request.

What voltage and power supply is required?

Liftket Star hoists run on a standard 400V three-phase 50Hz supply. 60Hz versions are available on request. They are ideal for industrial environments requiring a reliable 3-phase hoist.

Does the hoist come with dual-speed functionality?

Yes. All hoists in the Star Speedline range come with dual-speed lifting and lowering as standard, allowing for smoother and more precise load control.

Are upper and lower limit switches included?

Yes. Heavy-duty mechanical limit switches are fitted as standard to protect against over-travel. Geared or automotive limit switches are available as an upgrade.

What suspension options are available?

Liftket hoists can be supplied with:

- Top eye suspension (standard)

- Top hook suspension

- Push travel trolley

- Dual-speed electric travel trolley

These options allow you to use the hoist with fixed mounts, beam clamps, or as part of a moving crane system.

What is the standard height of lift?

All Liftket Star hoists come with a standard 3-metre lifting height. Additional lifting height is available in 1-metre increments. Pendant control cable length is automatically adjusted to suit.

Can I mount this hoist to an I-beam?

Yes. These hoists are compatible with most standard I-beams and overhead lifting structures. We also supply a full Power Supply Festoon System for clean and safe cable management when installing to overhead crane beams.
